Director, Andrew Novick, and several principles from the film will be present at all screenings!
Andrew Novick - A Denver legend as the man who collects almost everything - forges various connections to the objects he acquires: memories, curiosity or interest in the darker side of things. He was living in Boulder 22 years ago when JonBenét Ramsey's tricycle fell into his hands, after her notorious murder took place.
Recently compelled to tackle the Boulder mystery and the bigger picture, Novick took the tricycle on a journey into the realm of psychic phenomena and cultural obsession with unsolved crimes. This quirky autobiographical documentary is a case study on the impact that pop culture and the media have on our experience of tragedy.
"Though seemingly opposing forces, tragedy and comedy blend seamlessly together in this fascinating documentary." - Morena Duwe, Huffington Post
"Novick Turns the trike into a conversation piece that prompts examination of our perversion towards the macabre..." - Russ Esponoza, Forbes
"It is an amazingly entertaining film." - Jon X, Jon of all Trades
"It's almost as if [the tricycle] wants to tell its own story." - Dana Holliday, Psychic/Medium
This story shouldn't be enjoyable, but it is." - Audience Member
