Based on a true story, this affecting buddy comedy chronicles the unlikely friendship between Phil Lacasse—a widowed Park Avenue billionaire left paralyzed after a hang-gliding accident—and Dell Scott, an ex-con in need of a job and a fresh start.

When Phil ignores the advice of his assistant Yvonne to hire Dell as his caretaker, the differences between the two men couldn’t be starker. But they slowly begin to bridge the gap, gleaning invaluable insights from one another in the process—along with a renewed sense of passion for all of life’s possibilities.

Directed by Neil Burger (The Illusionist, Limitless) and written by Jon Hartmere, this remake of French hit flick The Intouchables stars powerhouse trio Bryan Cranston, Kevin Hart and Nicole Kidman.
