While preparing for their next performance, four 30-something musicians—Robert, Simona, Tomá and Funés—find themselves in the midst of copious awkward misunderstandings and sexual tensions that put their friendships and the fate of their string quartet to the test.
Set in the gritty pubs, dimly lit apartments and cobblestone streets of a small Czech town, this quirky yet delicate dramatic comedy from director, actor and playwright Miroslav Krobot explores the uncertainty of young adulthood and the complexities of intimate relationships. Unhappy with their current status in life and love, the protagonists face the pursuit of happiness with doubt, loneliness and melancholy; pushing forward nonetheless, they are left with one question: continue as a group or go their separate ways?
